A week ago some of my friends from Tech graduated and we celebrated the Hokies, degrees, college, and life in general. There’s no better way to do a celebration than with food. If you haven’t eaten at The Homeplace restaurant in Roanoke, VA- you have to go! Seriously! Their food is auh-mazing. The location is gorgeous and it’s a wonderful place to get together over fried chicken, roast beef, green beans, mashed potatoes, baked apples, biscuits, sweet tea, baked beans, gravy, and peach cobbler with ice-cream. Is anyone hungry yet? YUM. You’d probably be more interested in seeing pictures of the food after that description, but I’ll share pictures of the location and my cute friends!
